CERVICALGIA E CEFALEA
Trattamento integrato dei Trigger point: tecniche di mobilizzazione manuale integrate dal diapason e pseudo Dry Needling
Il mio lavoro nell’ambito anatomico fisiologico e dell’esercizio terapeutico èmigliorato con lo studio sull’anatomia topografica fornendomi una nuova visione e comprensione della continuità delle forme umane.
Guardando la fascia si riesce a capire la continuità di tutta la rete, interpretando la continuità senza fine delle fasce da una cellula all’altra e dalla superfice al profondo.
Proprio sul collegamento tra lo strato superficiale della pelle a quello profondo dei muscoli noi possiamo inviare informazioni lungo la rete (tecnica conosciuta come digito pressione),
da questo e altre conoscenze nasce l’intuizione di sopperire il dry needling quando non può essere usato.
Partendo dallo studio della fisiologia che un muscolo possiede un tono intrinseco per cui non potrà mai essere completamente lasso.
Pertanto possiamo dire che tutta la rete è continuamente sotto tensione, sia dalla tensione intrinseca (involontaria- tono muscolare), sia dalla contrazione attiva (volontaria), le due tensioni si possono sintonizzare e relazionare con la fascia.
La neuroendocrinologa Helen Langevin nel 2006 descriveva che la sintonizzazione della fascia ha una buona risposta fasciale al trattamento con gli aghi.
La neuroendocrinologa Lavigevin riscontrava che dopo l’inserimento dell’ago (tecnica del dry needling) si otteneva una risposta meccanica del tessuto connettivo che avvolgeva l’ago, di conseguenza si propagava un segnale elettrico, scaturito dalle cellule connettivali circostanti, attraverso la meccano trasduzione. Il risultato èun cambiamento delle tensioni tessutali, creando una ridistribuzione delle tensioni applicate.
Possiamo affermare che il dry needling può ripristinare il tono fasciale, generando una omeostasi e normalizzando tutti i tessuti associati e connessi al trigger point.
Da questa ipotesi avvalorata anche dall’esperienza ho usato una tecnica che bai passa l’inserimento dell’ago, con l’inserimento di un granello sfaccettato a forma di punta e stimolato alla giusta frequenza meccanica e nella direzione dei tessuti da equilibrare in tensione, riuscendo ad ottenere lo stesso risultato del dry needling.
Per applicare correttamente questa tecnica messa a punto da me con i miei figli Angelo e Davide risulterà fondamentale per un trattamento efficace una ottima conoscenza dell’anatomia topografica umana, una corretta manualità delle prese, il corretto inserimento del granello appuntito con la corretta frequenza meccanica.
Il dolore cervicale
La cervicalgia, è un sintomo di diverse patologie aventi tutte in comune la diffusione del dolore che si può percepire sulla muscolatura della regione cervico-dorsale, sulla nuca, se è una nevralgia il dolore è diffuso e si può irradiare dalla nuca al collo alle spalle fino a tutto il braccio.
È un disturbo estremamente frequente in età adulta, di entrambi i sessi, circa l'80% della popolazione ne è colpito almeno una volta durante la vita. Può presentarsi in forma acuta, subacuta e cronica, con diversi gradi di disabilità ed è tra le piùfrequenti cause di assenza dal lavoro ed ha perciò un'elevata incidenza socio-economica.
La cervicalgia è distinta in due grandi gruppi:

CERVICALGIA AND HEADACHE
Integrated treatment of trigger points:
manual mobilization techniques integrated by the tuning fork and pseudo Dry Needling
My work in the anatomical physiological and therapeutic exercise is improved with the study of topographical anatomy by providing me with a new vision and understanding of the continuity of human forms.
Looking at the band, you can understand the continuity of the entire network, interpreting the endless continuity of the bands from one cell to another and from the surface to the depth.
Just on the connection between the superficial layer of the skin to the deep one of the muscles we can send information along the network (technique known as digito pressure),
from this and other knowledge comes the intuition to make up for dry needling when it cannot be used.
Starting from the study of physiology that a muscle has an intrinsic tone so it can never be completely loose.
Therefore we can say that the whole network is continuously under tension, both from the intrinsic tension (involuntary-muscle tone), and from the active (voluntary) contraction, the two tensions can be tuned in and related to the fascia.
The neuroendocrinologist Helen Langevin in 2006 described that the tuning of the band has a good fascial response to the treatment with the needles.
Neuroendocrinologist Lavigevin found that after inserting the needle (dry needling technique), a mechanical response of the connective tissue that enveloped the needle was obtained, consequently an electrical signal propagated, originating from the surrounding connective cells, through mechanical transduction . The result is a change in tissue tension, creating a redistribution of applied tension.
We can say that dry needling can restore fascial tone, generating homeostasis and normalizing all associated tissues connected to the trigger point.
From this hypothesis also supported by experience I used a technique that bays the insertion of the needle, with the insertion of a faceted speckle-shaped grain and stimulated at the right mechanical frequency and in the direction of the tissues to be balanced in tension, managing to achieve the same result as dry needling.
To correctly apply this technique developed by me with my children Angelo and Davide, an excellent knowledge of human topographical anatomy, correct handling of the sockets, correct insertion of the pointed grain with the correct mechanical frequency will be essential for effective treatment.
Cervical pain
Cervicalgia is a symptom of different pathologies all having in common the spread of pain that can be perceived on the musculature of the cervico-dorsal region, on the neck, if it is a neuralgia the pain is widespread and can be radiated from the neck to the neck to the shoulders up to the whole arm.
It is an extremely frequent disorder in adulthood, of both sexes, about 80% of the population is affected at least once during their life. It can occur in acute, subacute and chronic form, with varying degrees of disability and is among the most frequent causes of absence from work and therefore has a high socio-economic impact.
Neck pain is divided into two large groups:
