Professional autobiography elite therapist partners: Johana Margaret Cerna Sagredo🇨🇱

Mi nombre es Johanna Margaret Cerna Sagredo, nací en Concepción, Chile en el año 1972, de una familia de 11 hermanos y soy la menor. Mis padres Guillermina Sagredo y Luis Mario Cerna, son personas esforzadas y muy amorosas con sus hijos. Actualmente estoy casada con Adolfo Quintana Giannoni de nacionalidad peruano - suizo, y tengo dos hijas gemelas: Karen y Natalia.

Desde muy pequeña he sentido el deseo de ayudar y de entregar amor a quienes me rodean por ese motivo comencé a estudiar algunas cosas que estaban relacionadas con ello, una de ellas fue leyes, aunque mi mayor pasión que era danza. Desde muy joven sentía que había algo más que debía hacer y para lo cual yo tenía talento pero no encontraba el lugar para mí. Deje de estudiar leyes y me enfoque en la danza, llegando a ser profesora y formé mi propia academia de danza…en esos momentos llegue a darme cuenta de que la entrega de energía era muchísima y que yo necesitaba ayudar a mis alumnas para que ellas no se desgastaran energéticamente. Entonces comencé a estudiar y especializarme en el masaje. Ese fue el inicio de este gran paso, ya siendo profesora hice cursos de REIKI, y mi vida cambio por completo. Comencé a tener pacientes que de a poco me llevaron a darme cuenta de que mi camino era ese. Y que debía crecer más aún.

Durante una etapa de mi vida sufrí una depresión muy grande en donde mi columna se vio afectada de una manera muy drástica, llegando a quedar paralizada sin poder caminar, y gracias a Dios tuve el apoyo de mi esposo quien con todo su amor y apoyo me ayudo a superar esta difícil etapa. Nuevamente me di cuenta que debía hacer algo por quienes me rodeaban y estaban en la misma situación que la mía y decidí especializarme en el masaje para el tratamiento del dolor.

Durante ese tiempo busqué profesores que podrían ayudarme a aprender nuevas técnicas y tratamientos, pero no pude encontrarlos en mi país. Entonces comencé a buscar el extranjero, y encontré profesores Italianos, uno de los más importantes para mí ha sido Francesco Ciaccia. Gracias a ellos he aprendido muchas técnicas y tratamientos que me ayudan en mi pasión de trabajar con pacientes que tienen traumas, dolores y enfermedades crónicas. Cada día continúo en la búsqueda y el aprendizaje de nuevas técnicas que me permitan ayudar a estas personas a recuperar su vida o en última instancia a vivir una vida más aliviada y feliz.

Actualmente trabajo en conjunto con una de mis hijas que es Kinesióloga y junto a mi esposo, con quienes hemos formado la escuela Kimec Institute, que se especializa en enseñar tratamientos específicos para el dolor y para patologías específicas tales como: dolores lumbares, cervicalgia, dorsalgia, hernias lumbares, artrosis, artritis, fibromialgia, liberación inmediata del dolor y otros tratamientos específicos.

He tenido la bendición de poder capacitar alumnos a nivel mundial y hasta el día de hoy seguimos trabajando creando nuevas técnicas que sé que ayudaran a muchas personas a mejorar y recuperar su calidad de vida. Me encanta compartir mis conocimientos con quienes lo necesiten y siento que crezco cada día haciéndolo.

Actualmente soy representante de los capítulos de Chile y Estados Unidos en la Federación Mundial de Masajistas, y Jueza del Campeonato Latinoamericano de Masaje.

Siento gratitud por cada uno de los maestros que he tenido en mi vida y sé que tendré muchos más, también agradezco el poder aprender de mis alumnos y de quienes me rodean.

My name is Johanna Margaret Cerna Sagredo, I was born in Concepción, Chile in 1972, to a family of 11 siblings and I am the youngest. My parents Guillermina Sagredo and Luis Mario Cerna are hard-working and very loving people with their children. I am currently married to Adolfo Quintana Giannoni of Peruvian - Swiss nationality, and I have two twin daughters: Karen and Natalia.

From a very young age I have felt the desire to help and give love to those around me, for that reason I began to study some things that were related to it, one of them was law, although my greatest passion was dance. From a very young age I felt that there was something else that I should do and for which I had talent but could not find the place for myself. I stopped studying law and focused on dance, becoming a teacher and formed my own dance academy ... in those moments I came to realize that the delivery of energy was a lot and that I needed to help my students so that they did not they will wear out energetically. So I started studying and specializing in massage. That was the beginning of this great step, as a teacher I took REIKI courses, and my life changed completely. I began to have patients who little by little led me to realize that this was my path. And that it had to grow even more.

During a stage of my life I suffered a very great depression where my spine was affected in a very drastic way, becoming paralyzed without being able to walk, and thank God I had the support of my husband who with all his love and support I help to overcome this difficult stage. Again I realized that I had to do something for those around me who were in the same situation as mine and I decided to specialize in massage for the treatment of pain.

During that time I looked for teachers who could help me learn new techniques and treatments, but I could not find them in my country. So I started looking abroad, and I found Italian teachers, one of the most important for me has been Francesco Ciaccia. Thanks to them I have learned many techniques and treatments that help me in my passion of working with patients who have trauma, pain and chronic diseases. Every day I continue in the search and learning of new techniques that allow me to help these people to regain their life or ultimately to live a more relieved and happy life.

Currently I work together with one of my daughters who is a Kinesiologist and together with my husband, with whom we have formed the Kimec Institute school, which specializes in teaching specific treatments for pain and for specific pathologies such as: lumbar pain, neck pain, back pain , lumbar hernias, osteoarthritis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, immediate pain relief and other specific treatments.

I have been blessed to be able to train students worldwide and to this day we continue to work creating new techniques that I know will help many people improve and regain their quality of life. I love sharing my knowledge with those who need it and I feel that I grow every day doing it.

I am currently the representative of the Chilean and United States chapters in the World Federation of Massage, and Judge of the Latin American Massage Championship.

I am grateful for each of the teachers I have had in my life and I know that I will have many more, I also appreciate being able to learn from my students and from those around me.
